thank you for reader feedback

Thank you to the outpouring of international feedback on my blog. Really great to here from everybody. Special thank you to Derrek from Toronto for informing me the strips were on backwards and for a great muffin recipe.

A lot of the readers, particularly those from east asia, have requested photos of my teeth so as to chart my progress.

Frustrated with progress.

Reread instructions on box. Have been wearing strips inside out.

Optimistic about future progress with fine-tuning of technique.

Wrote this as email earlier today, all future posts are correctly dated and aren't old emails.

day 4.

no progress yet. Actually i think there are some white spots on my teeth that i don't particularly like.

i will stay the course.

technique is wonderful. Really happy with the strides i am making.

No gum irritation. This is why I have been flossing for years.

I haven't lost faith.

Women seem to be ignoring me to an equal degree. this should change.

Made promise to self. Will update blog at least daily.

day 2, is there a way to check the date on my computer?

Refining technique.

Really hungry right now. Not two days ago, but like right now, as I am writing this.

Four days ago (not from when you are reading this necessarily, but like from as I type this now. Not sure of today's date exactly.

Day 1. 30 minutes.

Wasn't sure if i would get esophagitis from swallowing the copious saliva I was making. Much spitting.

Bottom strip slipped when I tried to drink shower water. I recovered nicely.

2 minutes post removal. No changes yet. Impatient? Maybe.

Just walked outside. Teeth noticeably whiter than local homeless man.
